We kindly ask that adequate notice is provided should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service selected and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to attend. Should a cancellation occur due to circumstances on our side, including adverse weather or unforeseen issues, you will be offered the earliest available rebooking date or a full refund, at your discretion.
Payment is due immediately upon completion and can be made via cash or bank transfer.
Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to commencement of work.
All prices listed are guidelines. We reserve the right to apply additional charges where vehicles present excessive soiling, including but not limited to heavy pet hair, vomit, severe contamination, or any condition requiring additional time and labour beyond a standard service.
Adequate parking is required for our service vehicle, along with sufficient space to fully open all doors of your vehicle.
We are based in Canary Wharf and travel up to one hour for our starter packages. Locations beyond this may incur an additional charge of £20 per extra hour, each way.
For regular maintenance services, we operate within a 45-minute travel radius. Extended travel arrangements may be discussed upon enquiry.
